Work with me to understand and integrate the core concepts of nutrition into your life in the unique ways that work for your individual needs. Being healthy is not just about the food on your plate; it’s also about the water you drink, the air you breathe, the love in your life, the amount you exercise, whether you have a fulfilling career and spiritual practice, andso on. The food you eat and the nutrition you recieve outside your plate should be looked at together rather than separately for an ultimate physical and mental fitness.

Individual and Group Services
My programs are desinged to help you learn, grow and thrive. To be able to take what you learn home and keep it going.
Each program will be tailored to what you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle.
All monthly programs include the following
75 min initial session assessment and consult
50 minute follow up sessions
Unlimited access via email
Various handouts, worksheets, recipes, health tips and recommendations tailored for your specific goals
In a typical session, I will share knowledge on topics that address your concerns and goals.
We will identify and work on your top 1-3 nutrition and/or lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals.
In each session we will examine progress from prior sessions, discuss challenges, develop modifications when needed, and discuss new actions tailored to your progress.
